This item has been used and the reason for the lower price is because of a problem with the hilt. The problem with the hilt happens to be the on and off switch that controls the lightsaber activation. It seems that a piece under the switch got unaligned or possibly broken. The good news is that everything else is included and all the other pieces function normally, the sounds still work (minus activation) and the pieces are relatively fine from viewing them.
